We are collecting school supplies for students in the communities in SE Calgary! We have over 200 backpacks that we are working to fill with school supplies. We are collecting school supplies between now and August 28. You can drop the supplies off at Century Hall gym (11 Cranarch Rd SE) on Sundays between 9AM and 12PM.
These backpacks will be distributed to students in need in the community. If you or someone you know would benefit from a backpack full of school supplies, click the link below and register for a backpack. The backpack dimensions are 17″x12″x5.5″. These backpacks will fit most students grades K-6.
We will be packing these backpacks at a Packing Party on August 28 (Backpack Packing Party). Everyone is welcome to participate in packing the backpacks at this event! We would love for you to donate school supplies and help pack the backpacks! At the event, you can pack your own backpack, pack a backpack for someone you know in need, or pack a backpack that we will deliver to someone in need in the community. You can also drop off school supplies at the event. Thank you for helping bless those in need in our communities!
